Understanding what to expect is important when booking treatment, and each treatment is tailored to your goals, injury history, and condition. This will be discussed with your during your initial call, consultation and at the start of each session.

For your session:

To provide you with the best possible treatment, I would need a clear space measuring at least 2.5m x 2m in order to be able to move freely around the treatment table and 2 large clean towels.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing that can easily be moved or removed during your session.

Please also tie up long hair and remove any jewellery such as necklaces, earrings and watches.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, I require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your massage.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of the deposit.
